The course focuses on developing students’ ability to make logical and reasoned decisions in solving problems, both within pure mathematics and in a variety of contexts, and to communicate their mathematical rationale clearly.

What does the course cover?
The course covers a range of mathematical skills and techniques and helps students understand how different areas of mathematics are connected and how to apply mathematics in other fields
It also covers a range of topics, including the history of mathematics, proof, algebra and functions, coordinate geometry, sequences and series, trigonometry, exponentials and logarithms, and more.
Teaching and assessment methods may include lectures, workshops, tutorials, computer-based learning, media and video exercises

Our certification
Once you’re done learning and exploring oxford you will be provided with a course attendance certificate handed out during our graduation ceremony. We will highlight what you have learned during your time at OMA and suggest some areas where you could further improve. Not only that but upon request, we can provide each participant with a recommendation letter for future applications.
