Ayush

Ayush our Mathematics tutor boasts an impressive academic journey, including an MBA from Oxford University and a B.Tech in Information Technology.

In the business world, Ayush has excelled as the Founder of XGrow Consulting, driving substantial revenue growth for clients and contributing to their success in the Food-Tech industry.

Beyond his professional life, Ayush is an avid scuba diver, Ultimate Frisbee enthusiast, and a talented guitarist. He also enjoys poker and has achieved notable winnings.

Ayush’s commitment to community development shines through his volunteer work, including teaching math to underprivileged children and sharing life skills through Ultimate Frisbee.

 

Anjana

Anjana is our Business and Finance tutor.  An Oxford MBA graduate and former Goldman Sachs professional with expertise in fixed-income derivatives.

Her passion for finance intertwines with a deep curiosity for behavioural economics.

An entrepreneurial spirit, she previously founded a micro-business at 21, creating and selling energy bars.

Beyond academics, Anjana enjoys reading, sports, and globetrotting, allowing her to explore various cultures and cuisines

Dr Mario Ganau, MD

Involved in our professional programmes, Dr Ganau is a neurosurgeon and scientist with a wide breadth of knowledge in the application of innovation technology to clinical practice. Following formal medical and neurosurgical training in Italy and France, he completed fellowships in neurotrauma and spinal surgery in the UK and Canada, before joining Oxford University Hospitals where he currently serves as Deputy Training Program Director for Neurosurgery. His academic curriculum includes a PhD in Nanotechnology and a PhD in Biomedical Engineering.

Mr Ganau has completed the Global Clinical Scholar program in Clinical Trials at Harvard Medical School and his core scientific interest is mainly focused towards the diagnostic and theranostic aspects of nanomedicine. He is currently Trauma Lead for the Neurosurgical Department in Oxford and through his attendance to the NHS Leadership Academy programs he has established a leading cranioplasty pathway, which is ranking among the most performing ones in the UK.
